Dr. Bihonegn Ayalew (2001 E.C. – Jan 15, 2003 E.C.)

Dr. Bihonegn laid the foundational bedrock of the college, successfully overseeing the historic inception of the campus and welcoming the pioneering cohort of 394 students alongside the founding faculty members.

Mr. Berhane Aragaw (Jan 16, 2003 E.C. – Nov 14, 2005 E.C.)

Mr. Berhane focused on strengthening early academic programs, formalizing instructional departments, and stabilizing administrative workflows during the college's crucial initial operational years.

Mr. Welelaw Abebe (Nov 15, 2005 E.C. – Jan 20, 2009 E.C.)

Mr. Welelaw spearheaded capacity building by upgrading physical infrastructure, enhancing training resources, and expanding multi-level certifications to meet growing regional school demands.

Mr. Girmay Shumye (Jan 22, 2009 E.C. – Jan 6, 2013 E.C.)

Mr. Girmay deepened external school partnerships, strengthened student internship programs, and prioritized modern pedagogical training practices across North Wollo.

Mr. Solomon Ayehu (Jan 7, 2013 E.C. – Present)

Mr. Solomon currently steers the college toward its Vision 2030 goal of becoming a regional center of excellence. Under his guidance, the institution continues to expand academic fields, champion transparency, and integrate advanced educational technology.
